Delete it in the app

The quickest way, on iPhone or Android:

1. Open the Barber AA app and sign in.
2. Go to Profile (or Account for staff).
3. Tap Delete account, confirm it's you, and tap Delete permanently.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Or ask us to delete it

If you can't use the app, email barberaa2016@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my Barber AA account”. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email address and phone number
• Your sign-in (Apple, Google or email)
• Your punch card, including any free haircut you haven't used

What we keep

An anonymous record of past punches and free haircuts, with nothing linking it to you, so the shop's totals stay correct. Nothing else is kept. See our Privacy Policy.
